A valid subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the applicable VCNZN product (“the Product”) on one (1) machine, unless otherwise stated on the product page. This license is personal to you and may not be shared, sublicensed, or assigned to any other person or entity.

This license terminates automatically when your subscription ends. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and delete all copies. VCNZN may also terminate your license immediately if you violate any term of this agreement.
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Products may be developed and tested for specific instruments or platforms. Compatibility or accuracy on instruments, markets, or configurations beyond those stated on the product page is not guaranteed.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VCNZN BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FINANCIAL LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VCNZN, its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Product, your trading activities, or your violation of this agreement.
The Product may integrate with third-party platforms and services. VCNZN is not responsible for the availability, reliability, or functionality of any third-party service. Third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. Any disruption, change, or discontinuation of a third-party service does not entitle you to a refund or damages.
The Product may transmit your license key and a hardware identifier (HWID) to servers via the Whop API for license validation purposes. No personal data, trading data, account information, or other content is collected or transmitted. By using the Product, you consent to this limited data transmission. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Nothing in the Product or its documentation constitutes investment advice, trading recommendations, or financial guidance. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any trading or investment decisions.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
VCNZN reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Whop store page. Continued use of the Product after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Product. By using the Product, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or otherwise using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase, install, or use the Product.
