1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how VCNZN (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use any of our products or services (“Products”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about the limited data we process.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 License Validation Data

When you activate or revalidate your license, our Products may transmit the following to our license validation server (via the Whop API):

License key — the subscription key you entered during activation
Hardware Identifier (HWID) — a machine-specific identifier generated from your computer’s hardware, used to bind your license to one machine

2.2 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, transmit, store, or access:

Personal information (name, email, address, phone number)
Trading data, account balances, or positions
Chart content, drawings, or annotations
Browsing history or usage analytics
Files generated by our Products (screenshots, exports, etc.)
Financial account credentials or brokerage information
IP addresses (beyond what is inherent in any network request)

2.3 Payment Information

All payment processing is handled by Whop. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or other payment details. Please refer to Whop’s Privacy Policy for information about how they handle payment data.

3. How We Use Your Information

The limited data we collect is used exclusively for:

License validation — verifying that your subscription is active and binding it to your machine
Fraud prevention — ensuring licenses are not shared or used on unauthorized machines

We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond license management.

4. Data Storage and Security

License validation data is processed through the Whop API infrastructure.
A local encrypted cache file may be stored on your machine containing your license key, HWID, and last validation timestamp. This file is encrypted with AES-256 and is used for offline grace period functionality.
Product preferences and settings are stored locally on your machine.
No data is stored on VCNZN-owned servers beyond what Whop retains as part of their membership management.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third parties, except:

Whop — your license key and HWID are transmitted to Whop’s API for license validation, as described above. Whop’s handling of this data is governed by their own privacy policy.

6. Data Retention

Local cache and settings files remain on your machine until you deactivate your license or manually remove them.
License validation records on Whop’s platform are retained according to Whop’s data retention policies.

7. Your Rights

You may:

Delete local data — Deactivate your license to remove locally stored license data, or manually delete the application data folder for the relevant Product.
Request information — Contact us through your Whop product page to inquire about any data associated with your license.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Products are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Products may integrate with third-party platforms and services, each with their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. Please review their respective privacy policies for details on how they handle your data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on our Whop store page. Continued use of any Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
