Products may include trading tools, indicators, charting utilities, and other software for use with third-party platforms. Our Products are tools only and do not provide trading signals, financial advice, or automated trading.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use any VCNZN Product. By making a purchase or using any Product, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

All Products, including code, icons, documentation, and design, are the exclusive property of VCNZN and are protected by copyright law. Your subscription grants a limited license to use the Product — it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
Our Products may integrate with third-party platforms and services. VCNZN is not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Products may be developed and tested for specific instruments or platforms. Compatibility or accuracy on instruments, markets, or configurations beyond those explicitly stated on the product page is not guaranteed.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VCNZN, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of any Product, your trading activities, or your violation of these Terms.
VCNZN reserves the right to terminate your license at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the applicable Product and delete all copies. Your license also terminates automatically when your Whop subscription ends.
VCNZN reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Whop store page. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
