1. Digital Products

VCNZN Products are digital software products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been downloaded and/or a license key has been activated.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

Technical incompatibility — the Product does not function on your system due to a technical issue that cannot be resolved through support, and you contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Duplicate purchase — you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription.
Service not delivered — you were unable to download the Product or receive your license key after purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind or no longer wanting the product
Failure to read the product description, features, or system requirements before purchase
Issues caused by third-party software, hardware, or services
Trading losses or dissatisfaction with trading results
Inability to use the Product due to expired subscription or license violation
Requests made more than 7 days after purchase

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

Contact support through your Whop product page.
Include your license key and a description of the issue.
Allow up to 5 business days for review.

Approved refunds will be processed through Whop using the original payment method.

6. Free Components

Some Products or features may be provided free of charge. No refund applies to free components.
